To strengthen our team at the Markranstädt location, we are looking for a
Calculator (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Preparation of economic offers
- Determining costs for construction work through own calculations and price enquiries with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting the operative units by preparing technical and economic calculations
- Independent handling of the costing process up to the conclusion of the contract
- Preparation of special proposals as well as support in the development and updating of basic principles, checklists and key figures for costing
- Contact person for the project team implementing the order
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in the calculation of construction projects of at least three to five years
- Very good user skills in an accounting and costing programme, ideally Nevaris (Nemetschek industry programme) desirable
- Independent and committed way of working as well as good organisational skills
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Conscientious thinking and acting
